We are officially ready to welcome all the new and returning children to AASP!
Unfortunately, there will not be any lunches available on the first day of school Tuesday September 6th. So, if your child is attending AASP on Tuesdays this year and will be in attendance on the first day of school, please make sure to send them with with a packed lunch. For all following Tuesdays a monthly option for ordering a school lunch, to be eaten at afterschool, will be available to children who are signed up for Tuesdays. Details for signing up for Tuesday lunches will be made available as soon as we receive them from the school.
Also, please make sure to let your child know (especially if they are new to the AASP) that upon arriving at the afterschool Main Room each day that they need to check in with a teacher. And, at the end of the day, please be sure to use the clipboard on the cubbies at the entrance to the Main Room to sign your child out of the program when they are picked up.
Over the course of the year, if your child will be in school but not coming to AASP, for whatever reason, please be sure to provide us with a note letting us know that they will not be with us on that day.
We are also happy to report that the entire AASP family is returning this year, so we can hit the ground running! See you on Tuesday!
